Return Policy

xalia.com aims for 100% customer satisfaction. So we give you, the chance to return products that do not meet your needs.

You have the right to return the products purchased, within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of the goods. In only this case you will be charged for the shipping of the return of the goods 12.00 € per piece.

Returns are not accepted for custom size products eg moquettes, runners etc.

By returning the products you can either change them or get a refund. Incase of a refund, it will be completed within 1 day from the date that we will receive the products.

In case of return, please follow the following steps:

1. Please pack the returned products in the same package that were delivered, including with the sales receipt or invoice.
